|  Our pet agility classes introduce you and your dog to the various agility obstacles. You will teach your dog to negotiate each of the obstacles correctly, and move onto simple exercises which combine the obstacles. Agility is an excellent way to bond with your dog and enjoy a fun sport together. To get the most from the course your dog will need to have a basic level of obedience, this includes coming back when called and a reliable stay. If you are not yet confident in this respect you should consider attending one of our pet obedience classes first. Our competitive agility classes are for those who have completed the beginner course, and those who are already competing in the sport. In these classes we will focus on training techniques to get the best performance from your dog. We will build on your handling skills so that you can successfully negotiate even the trickiest of course. All of our classes are based on kind, humane training methods. We do not advocate harsh handling or punishment, but will give you the skills to bring out the best in your dog through positive reinforcement. Click here to go back  |
